Robyn Calder

Robyn Calder is een zeer ervaren project- en programmamanager en consultant die in verschillende landen (Australië, Israël, Schotland, Nederland) complexe projecten, inclusief internationale projecten, heeft geleid en high-profile consultancy opdrachten heeft uitgevoerd.

Haar grootste kracht is communiceren met en motiveren van mensen van diverse achtergronden en perspectieven. Robyn is erg klant- en mens gericht, en houdt zich aan afgesproken deadlines.

Robyn is sinds 2006 werkzaam bij PMtD, waar zij zich nog meer heeft gericht op de menselijke aspecten van opdrachten. Een uitdagende opdracht op dat gebied was het opstellen van de strategie voor het wereldwijd inbrengen van grote organisatorische veranderingen voor Shell International Exploration & Production. Een recente uitdaging was het inrichten van Project Portfolio Management en het verbeteren van project processen bij Wolters Kluwer.

Robyn Calder is a senior program manager/change manager/consultant who has lead complex projects in various countries (Australia, Israel, Scotland, Netherlands) and a number of international projects. Her strength is her ability to communicate with and motivate people from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. Robyn is very customer-oriented and people-oriented and adheres to agreed deadlines.

Robyn is particularly focussed on the human/organisational aspect of any assignment. One challenging assignment to date in this respect has been the development of a strategy for and management of the worldwide implementation of major organisational changes for Shell International Exploration and Production.

Another recent challenge has been the setting up of Portfolio Management for the Wolters Kluwer GPO Design Services organization.
