"The purpose of the TripleWin project was outsourcing the IT Operations activities to an external IT company, including people, assets and contracts. Main goals were maintaining business continuity during the outsourcing project, not loosing key people from the organization and ensuring that cost and services were guarded by a solid contract and solid contract management.

 

We achieved all critical points without any operational troubles related to the outsourcing project; we motivated key people to stay and the signed contract reflected actual situation.

 

André Boudestijn, consultant of PMtD, contributed in planning, chasing and organizing the project with the result that we finished the project in agreed international timelines. What I personally liked about Andre, was that he acted not as a contractor only, but he was in his heart fighting for T-Mobile to achieve good results, was always available, always willing to take action and he managed the project in a way that a very enthusiastic T-Mobile employee would do."
